Ingredients
- 2- 12oz can Chicken breast
- 4oz plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 8oz 2% low fat Cottage cheese
- 1C lowfat shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2-1C Buffalo wing sauce
- 1-2tsp Garlic powder
- 1-2tsp Onion powder
- 1-2Tbs Ranch seasoning
- Dash salt
Optional Toppings/Cream Sauce
- Carrots
- Sliced cucumber
- Peppers
- Tortilla chips
- Crackers
Instructions
- Preheat the over to 350*
- Mix in a bowl mix all together the drained chicken breast, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, buffalo sauce, spices, ranch seasoning and 1/2C of the shredded cheese
- Once you are all good and mixed place the chicky dip into an oven safe dish and then top with the remaining 1/2C of shredded cheese
- Bake 20-25min at 350, until the cheese is melty and delicious. Dip veggies like carrots, sliced cucumber and peppers, or use tortilla chips, or crackers.
Serve hot and top with optional dippers if desired. Divide into meal prep containers for the week. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
